Since he pulled off a mean macarena in front of a TV studio audience I'm calling Kyle an official contender. He's competing with Lacey Schwimmer this season.

Margaret Cho Comedienne Margaret Cho has a foul mouth, tattoos and a take-no-prisoners attitude, but her partner Louis Van Amstel has coaxed some beautiful and ladylike dancing out of both Kelly Osbourne and Niecy Nash, no delicate flowers themselves. It's a little hard to imagine The Notorious C.H.O. keeping her act entirely clean. My name is Gwen and I'm here to war-sh your -- you don't want me to finish that joke. It was from her even dirtier I'm the One That I Want tour.

Kurt Warner Two-time Super Bowl MVP Kurt Warner will actually be the first quarterback to compete in DWTS. He's as remarkable for his charity work and all around nice guy-dom as for his gridiron prowess, so we can expect Kurt to be a fan favorite even if he's all left feet. His partner is Anna Trebunskaya.

Jennifer Grey Jennifer Grey, star of "Dirty Dancing," is back to let you know she can really shake 'em down. DWTS may ban lifts, but the actress who brought Frances "Baby" Houseman to life surely has a few other tricks up her sleeve. I bet she's one to watch! Jennifer will be dancing with saucebox Derek Hough, who took home his second mirrorball trophy last season.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino "Jersey Shore" mascot Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, a former personal trainer and "fitness model," is good at getting photographed with his shirt off. It's ... important to be comfortable? The Situation's filming schedule has left him with very little time to rehearse before the show's Sept. 20th season premiere, so let's hope he's a natural. He'll be dancing with Karina Smirnoff.

Florence Henderson Florence Henderson is best known for the role of Carol Brady, but it turns out that she, like fellow contestant Brandy, has donned a ballgown and satin slippers onstage. Florence starred in "The Great Waltz" for the Los Angeles Civic Light Opera. She'll be dancing with Corky Ballas this season.

Brandy Brandy is entering the competition with a clear advantage: the singer-turned-actress did quite a bit of waltzing when she starred in "Cinderella" in 1997. She's paired off with smoldering showboat Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who really came into his own dancing with Erin Andrews last season. I'd say Jennifer Grey better watch out, 'cause nobody puts Brandy in a corner.

Rick Fox Okay, let's say you play for the Celtics and then the Lakers, marry former Miss America Vanessa Williams, win three NBA championships, become a TV star and then start dating Eliza Dushku. What do you do after that? You go on "Dancing With the Stars." Rick Fox may not have any ballroom experience, but he sure seems to lead a charmed life. He's also reportedly prepping for the season by watching old footage and doing Pilates. Rick will be competing with two-time champion Cheryl Burke. Video: See Rick Fox rehearsing

Audrina Patridge Audrina Patridge of "The Hills" is certainly no stranger to the spotlight -- or manufactured drama. She starred in some pretty memorable Carl's Jr. commercials last summer, just her, her bikini, and a giant, messy teriyaki burger. Let's hope The Hoff has been saving up a comeback, eh? Audrina is paired up with Tony Dovolani.

David Hasselhoff David Hasselhoff. What can I say that wasn't already said during his recent Comedy Central roast? Oh, I know: if he makes it past the first few weeks we'll have to sit through a freestyle routine that starts out with him lying on the floor shirtless pretending to scarf down a cheeseburger. The Hoff is partnered up with season nine champ Kym Johnson.

Bristol Palin Bristol Palin may not have any professional acting, athletic, or dance experience, but it's clear she's not going to be this season's wallflower. The teen mom has already taken a stand about DWTS' so-called skimpy costumes. She told People's Pop Watch blog that "I think I will be the most dressed [contestant and have] the most modest outfits for sure because that's who I am." Bristol's partner is season six winner Mark Ballas.

Michael Bolton Singer, songwriter and sometime-actor Michael Bolton has sold over 53 million records and has the world's finest hair plugs. But can he shake a rug? He spent most of the video for 2007's "Dance With Me" sitting in a chair. Still, no one else in this season's cast has written songs with Lady Gaga, plus Michael is partnered with Chelsie Hightower, who turned rodeo star Ty Cobb into a virtual Gene Kelly her first season on the show.

Kate Mulcrone Special to MSN TV Even though last season was probably the show's best ever from a technical perspective, my takeaway moment was Kate Gosselin's mesmerizingly robotic "Paparazzi" routine. America's second-chair Octomom really, really couldn't dance, but she kept us firmly glued to our couches. This season's cast features not one but two reality stars, Audrina Partridge and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, not to mention controversial teen mom Bristol Palin. We've also got singers, actors, athletes and ... David Hasselhoff. ABC is being awfully coy with their rehearsal footage -- even a clip called "Watch the Hoff Dance" is really step, two, jazz hands -- but I won't let that stand in the way of some predictions for the upcoming season.
